Deleting your Busha Business account cannot be done directly from the dashboard. To remove a business account, you'll need to delete the personal account it's linked to this will also delete all associated business accounts. If you would like to delete or deactivate your business account, please reach out to our support team. Here's is how to delete your personal account:
On the dashboard of your personal account, click on "Settings" on the navigation bar.
Click on "Permanently delete your account".
Before proceeding, review what account deletion means for your Busha account. This includes losing access to your wallets, all affiliated services including Busha Business, and any pending funds. Check both boxes to acknowledge and confirm, then click Delete account to continue or Keep my account to cancel.
Select a reason for deleting your account. This helps Busha improve its services. Once you've selected a reason, click Delete account to proceed.
For your security, enter the 6-digit authentication code from your authenticator app and the verification code sent to your email address to confirm the deletion request.
Your account deletion request has been submitted. Your account will be permanently deleted in 7 days once you confirm via the email sent to you. If you change your mind, you can cancel the request at any time before the days are up by clicking Keep my account.
